In a small group setting, you’ll get more attention than you would in a large group setting. You’ll never have to worry whether or not you have good form or not.

Group fun
Fitness with friends is more fun. In our semi-private classes, you’ll be grouped with 3-6 other people pursuing similar fitness goals. That means you’ll have like-minded companians supporting you through every workout.

Your own goals
Your fitness goals aren’t identical to anyone else’s, so your training shouldn’t be either. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, feel better, or simply break a sweat, your training program will be custom made for your fitness journey.
